Why not just make a special edition for the people that want to blow extra cash on really nice production value? That's how it used to be, right? When did board gaming turn into a hobby that you need to be really well-off to enjoy? I mean, it's never been a cheap hobby, but all these overproduced $150 big box games really make me sad. I'm not sure If I'm in the minority here, but I don't need huge, super detailed, washed miniatures and glass tokens to enjoy a game, cardboard stuff is absolutely fine by me. I may be late to the party here, but I'm starting to get a little tired of games that could be available for $30-50 costing $100-150 because they are super overproduced.
